I began my programming career with the advent of the PC in the early 1980s.  With the advent of the internet, I became interested in programming for the web, focusing on perl early on, and migrating to PHP as that language's popularity grew.  My areas of expertise are, PHP and MySql for dynamic web sites and web applications, combined with Macromedia Flash for rich media content. I also have considerable experience programming in Javascript, perl and Cold Fusion.
